Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please email Inspiredbydb@outlook.com. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will result in a partial or no refund.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping

Address Errors
Please double-check your delivery address entry.  Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause a delay in your shipment and/or cause the package to be deemed undeliverable aka “RETURN TO SENDER”. Re-shipping and replacement costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

My tracking says, “DELIVERED” but I haven’t receive anything.

Please CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. Majority of packages are “delivered” to the wrong shipping address provided by the customer. Customer error, incomplete or incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

OCCASIONALLY, A PACKAGE WILL BE MARKED AS DELIVERED BY THE USPS SHIPPING COURIER PREMATURELY. IF YOU RECEIVED A DELIVERY NOTICE, ONLY TO FIND YOUR PARCEL IS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN, HERE IS SOME INFORMATION YOU SHOULD REVIEW:

If you receive a notice but the package is not in your mailbox, in your apartment office, or on the doorstep. Please contact your LOCAL USPS POST OFFICE. 

What to do if your order was shipped USPS:

  • USPS sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.
  • If your package is not delivered (EXTREMELY  RARE OCCASION), please contact your LOCAL POST OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE. Ask them who delivered the package, and ask them details about the delivery.
  • If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, to save time a SERVICE REQUEST MAY BE SENT ONLINE to your local Post Office facility for follow-up. Click the link below to be connected to USPS to submit a service request. https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/

  • IDB, LLC cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding.
